Processing time for regular orders is 5–7 days.
I’m just one human running everything, so occasionally, it might take a little longer, for which I apologize.Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number. Sometimes these land in your spam folder. You can track your package here. Depending on where you are located, shipping may take anywhere from 1–6 weeks. If your new friend doesn’t find you in 6 weeks, please contact me and we’ll figure out what’s up.

I care deeply about animals, which goes hand in hand with being respectful towards our planet. This is why you’ll find absolutely no plastic in my packaging. From shipping labels to paper fillings, everything (except your new friend!) can be recycled as paper and I encourage you to do so.
