how can i buy your figurines?
I update my shop with new figurines once a month. You can find the date and time of an upcoming shop update in the yellow bar at the top of my website - at that exact time, all available figurines will appear in the SHOP.
If there’s nothing available in the shop, you need to wait for the next shop update.
Things typically sell out within minutes, which is why I recommend being in the shop on time and refreshing the page on the hour. You can also create an account and save all your information for a faster checkout.
Items in your cart are not reserved, they go to the first person to complete checkout.
when is the next shop update?
You can find the date and time of an upcoming shop update in the yellow bar at the top of my website.
Time is listed in Central European Time (CET). You can convert it to your time zone HERE.
how much do they cost?
The price depends on the complexity of the figurine. Generally, it's between 75-95€. Pet commissions are 100€. If you'd like to know more about what you’re paying for, I’ve written THIS POST about it.
My prices reflect the time I spend on each figurine, the skills I had to learn and the cost of materials. I’m aware they are not in everyone’s budget and if that’s the case, feel free to just enjoy what I do in the virtual space by following me on INSTAGRAM :)
what will be available in the next shop update?

I post all information and previews there a couple of days before a shop update.
can you make *insert animal here*?
I don’t take requests at the moment.
will you be making *insert animal here* again? / can you make more *insert animal here*?
I don't know when/if I'll be making something again.
I prefer making what excites me at that moment more than planning ahead too much.
do you take commissions?
I make pet commissions only – that means dogs, cats, bunnies, etc. (contact me if you have a more unusual pet). I don’t do wild animals, mythical creatures, people, etc. Only pets.

do you ship to my country? how much is shipping?
Yes! I ship internationally. All packages are shipped from Slovakia. Shipping may take anywhere from 1-6 weeks.
I charge a flat rate of 9.50€ per one item order and +0.50€ per each additional item.
If you place multiple orders during a shop update under the same name & address, I’ll combine the shipping and refund you the overage.
You are responsible for any customs and import fees of your country that may apply.
where is my package?
Processing time for orders is usually 5-7 days.
Turnaround for pet commissions is around 3 weeks, but this depends on the amount of commissions I need to fulfill. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number. Sometimes these land in your spam folder. You can track your package HERE.
Depending on where you are located, shipping may take anywhere from 1–6 weeks. If your new friend doesn’t find you in 6 weeks, please CONTACT ME and we’ll figure out what’s up.
are they handmade?
Yes. All figurines are made by ME.
