RETURNS & REFUNDS
For non-personalised items, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. You'll be responsible for return shipping.
Personalised pet portraits can't be returned just because you've changed your mind, but you're still covered if something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what was agreed.
If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, please contact me and I'll sort it out.
